Πρώτο και κυριότερο, το κομμάτι αυτό γράφτηκε από τον Ronnie James Dio εν έτει 1985, με σκοπό να συγκεντρωθούν χρήματα για τα παιδιά της Αφρικής που υπέφεραν από την πείνα.
