Στο πνεύμα των ημερών που έρχονται, κρατήστε μια συνταγή για Χριστουγεννιάτικο κέικ...

Συστατικά:
1 φλιτζάνι αλεύρι
1 ένα κουταλάκι μαγειρική σόδα
1 φλιτζάνι ζάχαρη
1 κουταλάκι αλάτι
1 φλιτζάνι βούτυρο
χυμός λεμονιού
4 μεγάλα αυγά
καρύδια
1 μπουκάλι ουίσκι επιλογής σας
2 φλιτζάνια αποξηραμένα φρούτα

- Δοκιμάστε το ουίσκι για να ελέγξετε την ποιότητα.
- Πάρτε μια μεγάλη γαβάθα και δοκιμάστε το ουίσκι ξανά. Για να βεβαιωθείτε για την ποιότητα, γεμίστε ένα φλιτζάνι και πιείτε.
- Επαναλάβετε.

- Δοκιμάστε το ουίθκι για να ελέγξετε τη γεύση του.
- Μετά, κοθκινήθτε δύο τζιφλάνια αλάτι. Ή κάτι τέτοιο.
- Μπορείτε να βάλετε και πωθ το λένε.
- Ποιόθ ενδιαφέρεται.
- Τώρα θπάθτε το λεμόνι και θτραγκίκθτε τα καρύδια θαθ.
- Ελέγξτε το ουίκι.
- Προθθέθτε ένα μικρό κίτρινο κροκόδειλο.
- Απειλήθτε ένα μικρό κουταλάκι ζάχαρη ή κάτι άλλο.
- Ό,τι βρήτε τέλοθ πάντων. Πετάκθτε το κοντά θτα άλλα.
- Λαδώθτε το φούρνο με κάτι που ζουλιέται και κατουρήθτε στο πθυγείο.
- Ανάπθτε το ταπθί θτουθ 350 βαθμούθ.
- Μη κθεχάθετε να χτυπήθετε το μίκθερ.
- Αφαιρέθτε τη μούρη θαθ από το μπωλ και θηκωθείτε από το φούρνο.
- Ελέγκθτε το ουίκι κθανά και πηγαίνετε θτο κρεββάτι.

Φαντάζομαι πόσο κλισέ θα ακούγεται, αλλά ήταν μια φοβερή συναυλία αυτή των Epica την Κυριακή 30/5. Δεν νομίζω να είναι μόνο προσωπική εντύπωση, αλλά κάθε φορά που έρχονται είναι καλύτεροι από την προηγούμενη. Θεωρώ ότι μαζί με τους Pain of Salvation και σε κάποια σημεία με Dream Theater, Blind Guardian και Dio (R.I.P.) είναι από τις μπάντες που παρακολούθησα και δείχνουν ότι πραγματικά απολαμβάνουν τι κάνουν και το περνούν με τέτοιο τρόπο στον κόσμο, που είναι αδύνατο να μη συμμετέχεις ακόμα κι αν βρέθηκες εκεί από σπόντα. Χωρίς πολλά άλλα, πάρτε μέχρι στιγμής το μεγαλύτερο χρονικά κομμάτι τους.

Περνάμε τώρα στην εποχή που ο Dio έπαιζε στους Black Sabbath. Το πρώτο video του συγκεκριμένου είναι από το εκπληκτικό live στα πλαίσια του Rockwave του 2007.








Αυτά που ζήσαμε εκείνη τη μέρα ήταν φοβερά. Δυστυχώς, δεν μπορώ να δείξω όλες τις στιγμές εκείνης της μέρας. Γι αυτό, θα βάλω κι ένα ανάλογο από τη ζωντανή εμφάνισή τους το 2009.










Επειδή όμως το κομμάτι από 7λεπτο έγινε περίπου 25λεπτο, θα βάλω και το video από το DVD.

Η Κυριακή 16 Μαΐου θα είναι μια μέρα θλίψης για όλους τους λάτρεις της metal μουσικής. Αυτό γιατί σε ηλικία 67 ετών έφυγε από κοντά μας από καρκίνο του στομάχου ο θρυλικός Ronald James Padavona, γνωστός σαν Θεός του Metal ή Ronnie James Dio. Παραμένει όμως αθάνατος στις καρδιές μας για την εκπληκτική μουσική που μας χάρισε, καθώς και για όλες τις στιγμές που απέδειξε ότι ήταν ένας ταπεινός γίγαντας που επέλεξε να ζήσει κοντά στους ανθρώπους. Ό,τι και να πω νιώθω ότι είναι πολύ λίγο. Αντίο Ronnie, θα σε θυμόμαστε για πάντα.
